He was predeceased by: his wife Ginny; and his brothers, James (Rose) and Richard (Harv). He is survived by: his children, Chris (Kristin), David and Kim; and his grandchildren, Isadora, Camilla, Lucas, Lincoln and Antonia. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, brother and sister-in-laws.
