She is survived by: her parents, David Hooke and Kathleen Hooke O'Connell; her husband Kyle; her children, Breon and Kylah; and her siblings, David Hooke Jr. (Sarah) of West Wyoming, PA, Derek Hooke (Brooke) of Monroe Township, PA and Dawn Klinczar (James) of Cincinnati, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
