He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillips and Martha Phillips; and his siblings, James Phillips, Kathleen McQuirns, Ronald Phillips (Kathy), Dolores Phillips and Jackie Gallo (Bob).
He is survived by: his daughters, Anne Marie Babbitt and Patty Ann Phillips; his granddaughter Julia Marie Phillips; and his great grandchild Ryder Steven Pannella.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Boyd-Horrox-Givnish Funeral Home (200 W Germantown Pike, East Norriton Township, PA 19401). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
