He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph DeVizia and Ruth DeVizia (Miller); and his sister Ann Marie DeVizia. He is survived by: his wife Mauria A. Klemek of North Wilkes-Barre; his son Joseph DeVizia (Christa DeVizia-Mecadon); his grandson A. J. Mecadon; his brother Frank Klemek of Courtdale; his sister-in-law Janine Klemek Miknevich (John) of Larksville; his niece Nicole Stasio; Tania Marie DeVizia-Berdosh (Joseph) of Collegeville.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church (126 Nesbitt St, Larksville, PA 18651). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Saint John the Baptist Roman Catholic Cemetery (126 Nesbitt St, Larksville, PA 18651).
His contributions to his community, along with his gentle demeanor and wise counsel left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
