It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah A. Kovacik (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 20, 2026, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Geraldine; and her son Gregory. She is survived by: her father Joseph Adelizzi; her husband Stephen J. Kovacik, Jr.; her daughter Karin Gaittens (Chris); her grandchildren, Tiara, Hailey, Emily, Samantha, Lola, Graham and Kellen; her brother Joseph Adelizzi, Jr. (Connie); her sister-in-law Maryanne Manning (Mike); and her daughters-in-law, Lisa Shetzline and Jesi Hegedus.
