He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Biener, Sr. and Elaine Biener; and his brothers, Robert F. Biener, Jr. (Connie) and William Biener. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Biener; his daughters, Lillian Biener and Emily Biener; his siblings, Loretta Kalb (David), Elizabeth Hudock and Philip Biener (Alicia); his parents-in-law, Fred and Donna Zemaitaitis; and his siblings-in-law, Laura Heron (Shawn), Raymond Zemaitaitis and Roberth Hudock Jr..
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the John F. Givnish Life Celebration Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154).
