He was predeceased by: his siblings, Samuel Bolden, James Williams, Jake Bolden and Jeanette Ginyard; and his grandson Kellen Bolden.

He is survived by: his wife Velveeta Bolden; his sons, Edwin (Keith), Jeffery Bolden and David Bolden of Atlanta Georgia; his grandchildren, Marcus, Jordan, Isaiah Bolden, Taylor, Bianca, Zamiya and Skylar Bolden; his sisters, Delores Cave and Beatrice Santiago; his godson Khalif; and his close friends, Ms Patti Alston and Kenny Wilkerson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
