He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mullen and Margaret Mullen; his wife Ruth; and his siblings, Mary Reilly, Margaret Page, Jack, Joe, Bernard and Leo Mullen.
He is survived by: his nephew James Hamon; and his grandchildren, Sloane and Scarlett Mullen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Dean Geitner Givnish Life Celebration Home (7900 Oxford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Saint Cecilia Roman Catholic Church (535 Rhawn St, Philadelphia, PA 19111). A Mass was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Lawnview Cemetery (500 Huntingdon Pike, Jenkintown, PA 19046).
