He was predeceased by: his brother Harry Ritchie; and his mother Alta Grace Ritchie. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Weinke, Raymond Ritchie, John Ritchie (Gale), Anna McGrath, Bettie Ritchie and Kenneth Ritchie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
