As we bid Ella farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ella is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husbands, Stephen Uchniat and John Tew; and her son Joseph. She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Julie), Diane Baker (Bob), Janice Anderson (Bill), Joyce Janits (late Michael) and William; and her close friend Karen Parenti. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Burns Funeral Home-Frankford Ave. (9708 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
