He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufina Torres-Gonzalez and Ildefonso Torres; and his brother Dennis Torres. He is survived by: his children, Johanna Torres, Melissa Torres and Freddy Torres; his grandchildren, Alyssa Roman, Liani Castro-Torres, Lilliana Bearden-Torres and Alexander Bearden Torres; his sister Milagros Torres (Richard Halpern); his nieces and nephews, Zeeva Halpern, Diana Torres and Dennis Halpern; and his former wife Norma Cortes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Compagnola Funeral Home- 5th St (4405 N 5th St, Philadelphia, PA 19140). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Magnolia Cemetery (4500 Levick St, Philadelphia, PA 19135).
