He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sullivan and Mary Sullivan (Fox); and his brother John Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth" Sullivan (Breen); and his brother Daniel Francis Sullivan of Bloomington, Indiana. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
