He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Valerie Cooper; and his brothers, Honora Pargin (Irma Custer), Joseph Cooper, Stanley Cooper (Dorothy) and Francis Cooper.

A burial was held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150).
