In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Hartley and Mary T. Hartley; and his sister Patricia Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Joanne M. Hartley; and his children, Michael Hartley and Lisa Marie Hartley.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Howard William Hartley to the American Diabetes Association or the American Liver Foundation.
