We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025, Jean M. Dorestant (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Regine Dorestant; his daughter Gressy Dorestant; his parents, Lucia Dorestant and Fabien Dorestant; and his siblings, Jina, Peggy, Aurabien, Patricia, Christina and Ferizien. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews, extended family, colleagues, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the AmmcCafferty Funeral & Cremation, Inc. (6711 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

Contributions may also be directed to the National Kidney Foundation in his name to raise awareness about chronic kidney disease.
