She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard A. Falcone. She is survived by: her children, Patrick and Donna Falcone; her great grandchild Jackson; and her sisters, Mary Falcone (Frank) and Amy Cisyk (late Ollie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
