He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Cypher and Marjorie Cypher; and his spouse Sandy Cypher. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Servay (Walter) and Tracie Cypher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
