He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Marianne Cummins; his parents, Patricia Cummins and John E. Cummins, Sr.; and his sister Colleen Levin (Jeffrey).

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Louis A. DiGiacomo Funeral Home, Inc. (1055 Southampton Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19116). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
