He is survived by: his children, Barbara Gallagher (Shawn Walker) and Dominic Gallagher; his grandchildren, Jessica Gallagher (John Swanson, Jr.), Angela Davis (Jason), John Brown (Karen), Dominic Gallagher, Jr., Christine Burrell (Bernard), Samantha Paynter (Shedrick Bunn), Kimberly Paynter (Javier Perez), Mathew Walker, Jillian Paynter, Katharine Espinosa (Zachary), Ericka Gallagher, Ryan Gallagher and James Gallagher; his great grandchildren, Di'Anna, Deon, Allie, Cooper, Nora, Samir, Anthony, Kailan, Michael, Isabella, Javier, Carter and Cayden; and his sister Frances Gallagher. He is also survived by fourteen brothers and sisters, also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Francis Xavier Church (2319 Green St, Philadelphia, PA 19130).
