He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian W. LeVine and Marilyn A. LeVine (Huntley); and his siblings, Kenneth C. LeVine, Debra L. Huff and Robert J. LeVine of Schenectady.
He is survived by: his children, John C. LeVine, Jr. of Brooklyn and Juliana R. LeVine of Philadelphia; and his grandson John Clifford LeVine III of Brooklyn.
