He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe MacFarland and Dolores MacFarland. He is survived by: his wife Barbara MacFarland; his children, John MacFarland (Tiffany) and Cynthia MacFarland (Michael Providakis); and his siblings, Joe, Jeff, Jim (Maryann) and Jerry (Susan). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
