He is survived by: his wife Jan; his daughters, Jessica McKnight (Jamie), Robyn Gannon (Aaron) and Kelly Tonkin; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Jackson, Amelia, Samuel and Judah; and his sister Ruth Ellen Tonkin of Millbrook, NY.
