He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Walkowiak; his son Christopher Walkowiak; and his siblings, Ken Walkowiak (Sue) and Lynne Walkowiak-Gribben (Dennis). He is survived by: his children, John J. Walkowiak, Jr. and Stacy Walkowiak; his stepsons, Michael and William Smith; his grandchildren, Michael, Kilee, Kira Smith, Lola, John Walkowiak and Brooklyn Trout; and his brother William Walkowiak (Isabelle). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
