He is survived by: his son Joseph Adelizzi, Jr. (Constance); his grandchildren, Karin, Kristin and Jeffrey; his great grandchildren, Tiara, Hailey, Emily, Lola, Samantha, Graham, Kellen, Lily, Shawn, Natalie and Benjamin; and his parents, Phillie and Philabundance.
