He was predeceased by: his parents, Gino Sr. Forcina and Mildred Forcina. He is survived by: his child Cheetah Montenegro-Forcina; his significant other Bonny Kim Montenegro; his siblings, Gino Forcina Jr. (Frances), Anthony P. Forcina, Phyllis Forcina and Annette Willis (late Kevin); and his nieces and nephews, Desiree (Gary), Gino III and Lyndsay.
