He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Osinski and Claire Osinski; his wife Eleanor; and his son Brian Osinski. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Gaffney (Ed Jackson); his grandchildren, Jessica Merritt (Ryan) and Brian Osinski; and his great grandchildren, Keagan Merritt, Brody Merritt, Brian Osinski and Leila Osinski.
