He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph O'Malley and Martha Jamack; his siblings, John O'Malley, Mary O'Malley and Martha O'Malley; his son Kevin O'Malley; and his granddaughter Melissa O'Malley.
He is survived by: his sons, Joseph O'Malley (Lisa) and Patrick O'Malley (Missy); his grandchildren, Patrick Flynn O'Malley and Amber Pinto; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Shackleton and Brielle Shackleton. He is also survived by many loving cousins, caretakers, and friends.
