She is survived by: her husband Wilberto Ortiz; her children, Marzell Seaford and Fusha Mack; her grandchildren, Charlize and Zackary; her siblings, Oscar, Antoine, Theodore, Cheryl, Dana and Peaches; and her sisters-in-law, Natalie Williams and Henrietta Mack. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Catholic Funeral Service (3330 G Street, Philadelphia, PA 19134). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
