Onnie Cook of Beckley, WV, Carl Cook of Beckley, WV, Athelene "Dean" Greer of Beckley, WV and Barbara "Sissy" Mitchell of Beckley, WV; her sister-in-law Diane Cook of Columbia, SC; her granddaughters, Brittany Paris Slivar and Bethany Paris; her grandson-in-law Matthew Slivar; and her pet Man. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
