With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Katherine McFadden of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Katherine shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Katherine farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Owen McFadden and Nancy McFadden (Rice); and her siblings, Jim McFadden (Barbara), Bill McFadden, Jack McFadden (Bobbi), Frank McFadden (Carolyn), Marianne McFadden Seifert (Tom), Mike McFadden, Tim McFadden, Pat McFadden (Amelia) and Beth McFadden Schilke (James). She was also cherished by 11 nieces and nephews, and 4 great nieces and nephews.
