She is survived by: her sons, Steven Jr. (Jen) and Patrick Gallagher (Becky); her grandchildren, Steven III (Skyler), Kevin (Leah), Carli Gallagher and Carl Taylor; her sister Susan Edelstein (Mark); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon Lezotte (Chuck), Brian Gallagher and Liz. She is also survived by nephews, and grand neices and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Main Service Friday (119 Rector St, Philadelphia, PA 19127, USA). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St John the Baptist Church (119 Rector St, Philadelphia, PA 19127, USA).
