She is survived by: her husband Theodore Gutkowski; her son Ted (Katie); her sister Patricia; her goddaughter Gina (Ron); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ronald, Emily, Valerie, Caitlin, Sunny, Cole, Michelle, Elizabeth and Jacob; Angel, Alivia, Chloe, Melanie, Eva and Miles.
In lieu of sending flowers, contributions in Lana's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
