“Both Lance and I share an interest in the spiritual. I would meet him at different churches and places of worship. He and I also participated in a program called Sacred Ground, a social justice program at St Peter's Episcopal. I saw him most frequently at St. Stephen's weekly healing service.. My mother died at the age of 97. Lance attended my mom's memorial service with the intent of photographing family and friends. I am very grateful for this gift.”
