She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Hoffner; and her nephew Andrew. She is survived by: her husband Julius Schramm; her children, Olivia and Julius; her mother Nancy Hoffner; her siblings, Sean Conway (Stacey) and Stacey Hoffner; her mother-in-law Patricia Schramm; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Finnegan and Jacob Schramm; her nieces and nephews, Katie Rose, Cole, Ashley, Jayla, Brielle, Liliana, Shain, Michael, Madison, Jacob, Hayden, John and Patrick; and her son Sam.
