It is with sadness that the passing of Leona M. Massara of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is shared. Leona, born on January 19, 1933, passed away on August 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her significant other Ed; her parents, Joseph Lascoskie and Leona Lascoskie (Weniger); her sister Maryanne Kass (Lascoskie); and her great grandchild Lennon Marie Galloway.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Galloway (Brett Cameron), Michelle Ulrich (David) and Edward Massara (Jill); her sister Kathy Schwartz (Lascoskie); and her grandchildren, Michael Galloway (Sandy), Danielle O'Driscoll (Daniel), Brandon Galloway (Jesa), Brianna Harrell (Steve), Christopher Galloway (Elise), Ted Massara (Jessica), Jessica Lepp (Thomas) and James Massara (Lily).
A reception will be held on Monday, November 23rd 2026 at 8:30 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, November 23rd 2026 at the Resurrection of Our Lord Church (2000 Shelmire Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19152).
