She was predeceased by: her husband William "Bill" M. Gallagher; and her son Paul Gallagher. She is survived by: her children, William Gallagher (Flo), Rea Gallagher, Louis Gallagher (Diane) and Colleen Gland (Edwin); and her grandchildren, Amanda Gallagher, Samantha Gallagher, Paul Gallagher Jr., Sean Gallagher and Jacob Gland. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Slabinski Sucharski Funeral Home (2614 Orthodox St, Philadelphia, PA 19137). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the East Cedar Hill Cemetery (5700 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19135).
