She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Martigani and Mary Martigani; her husband Pietro Forte; her daughter Cynthia LaPlaca; and her siblings, Rosalie Juliano and Carl Martigani.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Forte Jr., Brian Forte Sr. (Laura), Sharon Forte and Paul Forte (Ana). She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren; her 5 great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
