She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Girardo, Sr.; her siblings, Ernest and Catherine Masci; and her brother-in-law Anthony. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Kern (Joseph) and James F. Girardo, Jr. (Jodie Myers); her grandchildren, Jared, Janelle, Jade, Ethan and Dylan; and her brother-in-law Frederick Girardo (Arlene). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
