He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thelma, Carina and German. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his children, Emmalynn E. Karabell (Eric), Kenneth E. Espejo and Ruel Michelle E. Gregory (Andrew); his grandchildren, Zachary Alex, Ryan Matthew, Madeline Elizabeth, Isabella, Delilah, Henry and Titus James; and his siblings, Hector, Philip, Erlinda, Raul and Rosemarie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
