He is survived by: his father John Higgins; his stepmother Marianne Higgins; his siblings, Brendan Higgins (Kyley), Bridget Yagle (Mike), Patrick McKinney (Bridget), Michael McKinney (Marissa) and Megan McKinney-Dyson (Derek); his nieces and nephews, Jamie, Michael, Declan, Conor, Elizabeth, Nora, Erin and Matthew; his aunts, Mary, Peg and Marie; and his uncle Bill. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and countless friends.
