She was predeceased by: her husband George J. Eckbold of Washington's Crossing; her parents, Vernon Watson and Violet Watson; her niece Dr. Andrea G. Watson; her sister-in-law Betsy Misturak; and her close friend Sue Donovan.
She is survived by: her brother Gregory Watson (Kathleen); her brothers-in-law, Joseph Eckbold (Carol) and Richard Misturak (Susan); her nephew Joseph (Jackie); her niece Joanna; her goddaughter Joanna; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jake, Jason, James, Christian, Matt, Ayden, Colson, Julia, Cailyn and Anya.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (902 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19146). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, Mary would like donations made in her or George's honor to the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
