He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Imperatore and Helen Imperatore (Olaks); his sisters, Theresa Gourley and Rosemarie Cassidy; his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Imperatore, Robert Cassidy, Gene Rapone (Rocky) and Joseph Gourley; his niece Linda Imperatore; and his nephews, Mark Gourley and Steven Cassidy.

He is survived by : his daughter Jane Baxter; his son-in-law Michael; his grandchildren, Madeleine, Michael, Darcy and Marcus; and his siblings, Charles Imperatore and Loretta Rapone.
