He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dungan and Anna Mae Dungan (McNamee); and his sisters, Virginia Staiger and Mary Ann Turnbull. He is survived by: his son Michael P. Dungan (Kerin Dungan); his grandchildren, Michael Brett Dungan and Quinn Dungan; his former wife Ruthann MacMullan (Daniel); his brothers-in-law, Thomas Turnbull, Leo Lynch, Patrick Lynch (Peggy) and William Lynch (Patty); his friends, Jim Lynch (Kathleen), Chuck Miller (Mary Jo), Mike Gallagher (Maryann) and Bob Doman (Patricia); Teresa Zech, Ann Cunningham (Chris) and Carol Nagele (John). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Philip Neri Church (437 Ridge Pike, Lafayette Hill, PA 19444). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
