We announce the death of Michael P. Lafferty Sr. of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 25, 2026, at the age of 73. Michael will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his son Michael P. Lafferty, Jr.; and his brother Tom Lafferty. He is survived by: his daughter Maggie Lafferty-Clark (Francis); his grandsons, Nicholas, Michael and Joseph; his siblings, Phillip Lafferty (Diane), Steve Lafferty (Teresa) and Carol Lafferty-Dougherty (Bruce); and his sister-in-law Kathy Lafferty.
