She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Percak and Elinor Percak; and her brother Michael Percak. She is survived by: her sisters, Barbara Bralczyk, Diane Drennen and Nanette Percak; and her close friend Guy Trost.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Burns Funeral Home (9708 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19114). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
