He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Shanti, Chris (Aerie Treska) and Matt (Ali Groves); his grandchildren, Keagan, Maya, Ava, Owen, Baxter, Calder, Kai and Quinn; his nieces, Catherine Loeb and Gail Wolf; and his nephew Richard Snyder.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of St. Martin (8000 St Martins Ln, Philadelphia, PA 19118). A reception was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Nate's memory to the Natural Resources Defense Council or to New Sanctuary Movement of Philadelphia.
