We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 66, Patricia Baker (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Patricia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Baker and Rosemary Baker. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Baker, John Baker (Mary Lou) and Rosemary Boyle (Dominic); and her siblings' children, Lauren, Stephen, Michael and Katherine.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the St. Patrick Church (242 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19103). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
