Rafik N. Elia Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 21, 2019, at the age of 68, Rafik N. Elia (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), born in Alexandria, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Elia and Laurice Elia; his wife Antoinette; his children, Victor (Kim) and Laurice (Peter); his brothers, Rashid (Mona) and Sherif (Mona); his son Dr. John Khalifa; and his grandchildren, Westley and Jackson. He was also cherished by many grand nieces/nephews.
