He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Grady; his parents, Gladys Harlow and Francis Leo Bailey; and his siblings, James Wade Bailey and Margaret Carmack.
He is survived by: his daughter Linda Bailey Wheeler (Robert Wheeler); his grandchildren, Mark Wise, Jenny, Elle, Evan, Eden, Jennifer Wise Hayes, Matt, Madison, Evelyn, Ava, Kyle Wheeler (Hilary), Ryan Wheeler and Sarah; and his children, Leo and Ruby. He is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that tax-deductible memorial gifts be made to the First Baptist Church.
