She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Aponte and Felicita Cruz; her daughter Sandra Laboy; and her siblings, Rafael Aponte, Esmeraldo Aponte, Carmen Lydia Aponte and Jose Antonio Aponte.
She is survived by: her children, Aida Iris Kwisz, Otilia Laboy, Marisol Laboy, Wilfredo Laboy and Alberto Laboy. She is also survived by her loving grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
